Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).
- Knowledge of database management and data pipeline development.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments is an asset.
Data Scientist
Responsibilities
- Process and analyze large volumes of road infrastructure data collected from field inspections.
- Develop data models to transform raw sensor outputs into structured analytics.
- Support defect detection accuracy through statistical validation.
- Maintain data integrity, storage security, and reporting pipelines.
- Generate analytical reports for internal use and client-facing dashboards.
- Identify data trends to support predictive maintenance features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or machine learning environments.
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL.
- Experience with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

AI Engineer
Responsibilities

- Conduct performance testing, validation, and model refinement.
- Research emerging AI techniques to enhance inspection accuracy.
Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning, CNNs, and computer vision.

Field Operation Technicians (2)
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site road inspections using ROADINTELI’s hardware systems.
- Operate LiDAR, infrared, and imaging equipment safely and accurately.
- Perform system calibration and equipment checks prior to deployment.
- Collect and upload field data to the central system.
- Report operational issues to the COO and technical team.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and field protocols.
Requirements
- Diploma or technical certification in engineering, surveying, or related field.
- Experience working with field equipment or technical systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Canada.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably public sector or infrastructure).
- Experience in government procurement processes is an asset.

Driver
Responsibilities
- Safely transport personnel and inspection equipment to project sites.
- Maintain company vehicles in clean and operational condition.

Requirements
- Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver’s license in British Columbia.
